My previous post got me thinkin about hygiene and reminded me of an amazing trick that has really helped me out. Alright, it's not much of a trick, but most people don't realize you're supposed to do it. When you brush your teeth, don't rinse it out! spit out as much as you can, wipe your mouth off, and let the toothpaste do work. toothpastes has certain kinds of fluorides in them that need time to work. give it a try! your teeth will feel stronger and start to whiten over time!
lol what in the fuck is wrong with yoU!? where did u get this info, flouride eats your bones and leaves whites spots on your teeth. if you wanna wash flouride free, lemon water should do the same cleaning/whitening trick, without them chemicals. honestly, who told u flouride was good
ReplyDeleteInteresting. The fluoride debate never really ceases.
ReplyDeleteHmm, I always rinse out and my teeth are in pretty good shape.
ReplyDeleteYeah, gotta rinse before leaving the bathroom. That's the key to whitening teeth. :P
ReplyDeleteGood tip, will try this from now on ;D
ReplyDeletei think not rinsing is actually really bad for your teeth. they might be whiter, but who knows for how long? :p
ReplyDeleteWill give it a try.
ReplyDeleteBut I use mouthwash after I brush!
ReplyDeleteI use mouthwash after brushing, but i never rinse that out
ReplyDeleteInteresting
ReplyDeleteIf it works for you, more power to ya, but I'm a rinser for life.
ReplyDeleteThis is good advice. My teeth are not in the best of shape. I don't rinse immediately because I know it helps.
ReplyDeleteI use mouthwash but I never rinse with water.
ReplyDeleteI'm a rinser as well, but I can't say that this is the best thing or not.
ReplyDeleteI'v been doing this for a while, but i rinse it out with mouthwash.... :( maybe mouthwash first?
ReplyDeleteSorry, I rinse by nature.
ReplyDeleteFollowed, maybe you'll post something else pretty cool.
