Hygiene tip of the day!

My previous post got me thinkin about hygiene and reminded me of an amazing trick that has really helped me out. Alright, it's not much of a trick, but most people don't realize you're supposed to do it. When you brush your teeth, don't rinse it out! spit out as much as you can, wipe your mouth off, and let the toothpaste do work. toothpastes has certain kinds of fluorides in them that need time to work. give it a try! your teeth will feel stronger and start to whiten over time!

Haven't used shampoo in 3 weeks

I was skeptical at first so I thought i'd give it a try. I've been washing it thoroughly with hot water everyday and my hair has never felt better. It's the softest, strongest, healthiest head of hair I have ever had. I'd definitely recommend it!

A Teabagger, Union Member and a CEO are sitting at a table with a dozen cookies...

Julian Assange is such a badass

"For the internet generation this is our challenge and this is our time. We support a cause that is no more radical a proposition than that the citizenry has a right to scrutinise the state.
The state has asserted its authority by surveilling, monitoring and regimenting all of us, all the while hiding behind cloaks of security and opaqueness. Surely it was only a matter of time before citizens pushed back and we asserted our rights."
